Restaurant / Dining InformationLocated off the Lobby, the restaurant has an old-world decor and offers an atmosphere of leaded glass windows/graceful chandaliers and a breath taking view of the Hudson River. Serving American Continental cuisine. The Restaurant is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and Sunday Brunch. Dress code is casual with Jacket and tie preferred for Dinner. Every Sunday, our Main Dining Room transforms into an elaborate buffet brunch. Over the years, our dining room earned a reputation for hosting the most spectacular brunch in the tristate area. Patrons of our famous brunch travel far and wide to sample our sumptuous buffet. Reservations are required -- please call The Thayer Hotel at 845-446-4731.
